Matthew Aron designs, writes, teaches, makes art, and loves type. A native of New Jersey, he now lives in Chicago, Illinois. He received his BA in English (fiction writing major) from Northwestern University and his MFA in Interdisciplinary Book & Paper Arts at Columbia College Chicago.
By day, Matthew is a pixel-pusher and utility player for the Academic Technologies group within the IT organization at The University of Chicago. He teaches Authoring Interactive Media, a web design class for future game designers in Columbia’s Interactive Arts + Media department.
Matthew also works on print and web design projects for freelance clients, writes short fiction, and makes books.
